The San Francisco waterfront from the Bay Bridge to Pier 39 is in dire need of evolution. The current piers are mostly old and in poor condition.
We proposed a conceptual design that would preserve the pier areas with new landmark buildings and add expansive areas of hard and landscape.

Adding a public bath that is sheltered from the Bay.
