This 2-unit San Francisco Mission apartment building has a detached garage. The client wanted to remodel the first floor and was considering adding an ADU to the garage. We went through various studies and coordination with the San Francisco Planning Department which generally approved the ADU, but in the end it was postponed for a future date. The interior remodel remained on the entire first floor and part of the second floor. The final interior design was provided by the client’s interior designer.
