Conversion of a ranch style home into a contemporary single-family house. Roughly 1000 sqft of the original building were preserved and 1500 sqft replaced with a 2000 sqft addition that features a roof opening to the east for expansive views across the San Francisco Bay.
The entire building was clad in Zincalume horizontal panels and standing seam roof.
