We thought it would be insightful to see some of the development behind two completed residences on what used to be a single lot in Bernal Heights.
The simple pitched roof shapes and horizontal siding are a response to the neighborhood context and resonated well with the community. For the development to make sense along the downward sloping lots, id8bau accomplished a variance approval  for zero front setback.
35 Rutledge is a 3 level, 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms residence.
37 Rutledge is 3 level, 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms residence.
