We remodeled a 1940s split-level house in the Anza Vista area of San Francisco with a new kitchen and bathrooms, additional lower level bathroom and converted basement recreation room into a bedroom with access to the garden. The small and dark central staircase was opened up by removing their dividing wall, adding a large skylight above, and connecting that area with a double door to the living room.
All new electrical, updated plumbing, garden landscape and hardscape work. A new hydronic radiant heating was added throughout the house.
